HSK 3.0 Level 5: Lesson 01
Describe the physical and mental signs of stress, present and evaluate ways of relieving it, advise a friend in distress, and give an extended opinion on how to see stress.
ACA teaches HSK 5 through its New HSK (HSK 3.0) Level 5 courseware: 30 online lessons, with the first two free to study. ACA does not publish a separate classic (HSK 2.0) HSK 5 course. In the official 2025 syllabus, New HSK Level 5 requires 3,600 words in total (1,600 new at this level) and 1,527 characters (431 new), with 550 characters on the cumulative handwriting list.
Study lessons 1 and 2 in HSK 5 free, with no membership required.
Learners can study the first two lessons free for every legacy HSK1-4 level and every New HSK 1-6 or 7-9 A/B/C track. Lesson 3 onward follows course access rules.
The official New HSK syllabus was published in November 2025 and identifies July 2026 as its effective date. The syllabus effective date does not mean every test center switched every regular examination on one date. Confirm the examination version with your test center before booking.
