What we can help with
Login and magic-link issues, membership access, manual bank-transfer proof, courseware loading, study-card access, teacher-resource downloads, live-class access, and community moderation questions.
For payment-proof issues, include the plan name, transfer date, amount, currency, sender name, and proof file if available.
Response time
ACA aims to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, launches, or when a request requires payment verification.
Do not send passwords, full bank-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
Community reports
Use the in-platform report button for posts or replies that violate the Community Guidelines. Administrators can review reports from the community moderation dashboard.
Urgent safety or account abuse issues can also be sent by email.
