1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, display name, login records, membership status, payment-proof details submitted by the learner, learning progress, exercise results, community posts and replies, reports, and support messages.
We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from network data, pages visited, referral source, and analytics events when analytics tools are enabled.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide Chinese courses, maintain member access, sync learning progress, operate live classes, process manual payment support, moderate the learning community, improve lessons, respond to support requests, and protect the platform from abuse.
We do not sell learner personal information. If advertising or analytics tools are enabled, they are used to measure traffic, improve campaigns, and understand learning funnel performance.
3. Service providers
ACA uses trusted infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, email, payment, and moderation providers. These providers process data only as needed to operate the platform.
Current platform components may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database, Cloudflare R2 for private files, and optional analytics or moderation services.
4. Community and moderation data
Community posts, replies, reports, moderation status, trust level, mute state, and related safety records are stored so ACA can keep the learning environment focused and respectful.
Content that appears risky may be reviewed by automated rules, optional AI moderation tools, and ACA administrators or teachers.
5. Your choices
You may contact ACA to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons.
