Rules from ACA Education Group S.R.L. for keeping ACA's Chinese learning community safe, focused, respectful, and useful for both free and paid learners.

1. Keep it about learning Chinese
Use the community for Chinese questions, course discussion, pronunciation practice, example sentences, grammar, vocabulary, homework help, study check-ins, platform feedback, and teacher-supported learning topics.
Off-topic promotion, unrelated debate, spam, and repeated low-quality posting may be hidden or removed.
2. Be respectful
Do not harass, insult, threaten, bully, shame, impersonate, or target other learners, teachers, or staff.
Disagreement is allowed when it is polite, learning-focused, and not personal.
3. No unsafe or illegal content
Do not post illegal content, scams, adult content, violent threats, self-harm instructions, hate, private personal information, malware, credential requests, or anything that could harm users or the platform.
Do not use the community to arrange unauthorized payments, sell accounts, solicit private contact, or bypass ACA membership rules.
4. Moderation actions
ACA may use automated rules, optional AI moderation, teacher review, administrator review, reports, trust levels, rate limits, mutes, bans, hiding, deletion, and other safety controls.
Free learners and paid members are held to the same conduct standards. Paid membership does not exempt anyone from moderation.
5. How to help
Use clear titles, include the lesson or HSK level when possible, write example sentences, and explain what you already tried.
Report content that appears unsafe, spammy, abusive, or unrelated to learning.
