Practical experience cannot be achieved overnight, and efficient methods cannot come from random trial and error. Doing things according to objective rules is the steady way to begin.
责任也是收入的一部分
每月到手的工资与奖金，可以直观体现工作成果，却不能代表一切。能不能按时完工、会不会主动提醒同伴规避失误、愿不愿意扛起岗位责任，都会左右个人的事业走向。靠谱的责任心，往往能帮普通人收获更多发展机会，这份无形的收获，价值甚至远超短期薪资。
Monthly salary and bonuses can directly show work results, but they cannot represent everything.
